Minh Hien & Leslie Yin
MARRIED 21 NOVEMBER 2020
Dating apps are all the rage these days! They’re doing so much good by putting people together - people who are actually meant to be together. And Minh & Leslie are no exception: they met on a dating app, and Minh made the first move!
They’ve been together and have been practically inseparable since 2017 and they’ve never looked back! Funnily enough, it’s the quirks that have kept them together, from things like Minh’s insatiable need to eat far too much vegetables or herbs and Leslie’s fascinating ability to eat non-stop!
But all that aside, Minh & Leslie have travelled to places like England and Spain. And it’s on these trips that they really knew they were meant for each other. While on the flight to London, Leslie got airsick. Upon arrival, Minh took great care of Leslie. From looking after him in the bathroom to expediting our transition through customs. After a stressful ordeal, Leslie knew that he could rely on Minh to look after him and he knew that she was the one. And while in Barcelona, Minh and Leslie hiked to a nearby hilltop. Although Minh struggled with the walk, the sunset views on the summit with one another was the perfect moment to conclude their Europe trip.
But of course, their favourite memories were some that were created on their wedding day! From realising that no one in the audience of our wedding noticed when our dance routine didn't go perfectly to watching Minh hold back her tears while listening to Leslie’s vows.
On their wedding day, we met them both at Lennox Gardens for a first look before their ceremony and tea ceremony and reception at the Old Parliament House. Here is a few of the amazing photos we took Minh & Leslie on their wedding day…
