Melissa & Byron Langslow
MARRIED 16 NOVEMBER 2017
When Melissa walked into work on her first day, little did she know it, but she took Byron's breath away. For Byron, the next few seconds felt like the world had turned upside down and right-side up all at once - it was like an angel had finally walked into his life.
It turns out that she would become his boss at work. And yes, that's where their relationship blossomed into something more than friends.
They've been together for a little over 3 years, and according to Byron, that's quite simply not long enough! They've spent their short time together travelling to places such as Hamilton Island. But it was a simple trip to the Hunter Valley where they both realised they were truly in love.
When Byron proposed, it was a 40 degree day close to Valentine's Day, at Pulp Kitchen in Ainslie. Despite the heat, the moment Byron asked the question, Melissa felt like they were the only two people in the world. Something about the words he said, made her feel like she was the most important person in the room. And he hasn't stopped doing that ever since!
Their wedding day was a rainy one, but that didn't shake any feelings, or prevent them from having a fantastic time, with both Melissa and Byron not fearful at all be out in the elements, enjoying their time together, having far too much fun together!
True to form, Byron was as quirky and funny all throughout the day, making for fantastic moments captured forever in their wedding images.
