Kristie-lee & Andrew Carrigy-Ryan
MARRIED 26 MAY 2018
It was a proposal to end all proposals, according to Kristie. They were standing in the Heli Bar in Kuala Lumpur, and she was trying to take a photo of the amazing light storm happening overhead. While she was caught up watching the storm, she had no idea that Andy had dropped to one knee with a ring in hand. She was perfectly surprised and said yes immediately!
Right from the start, it just felt right. "Andy is the most amazing person I know!" says Kristie, who hasn't looked back since "Krandy" was created. Andy loves how Kristie makes him feel when she looks into his eyes. He also loves her quirky wit, her undying charm, and that she loves fishing perhaps even a little bit more than he does!
They met about 2 years ago, passing through the corridors of the same building. They each worked for seperate companies, but both companies were in the same building - it basically meant they had far too much coffee together, but mostly so that Andy could get legal advice from Kristie! Their first kiss was what sealed the deal on "Krandy". It's a love like no other and both Kristie & Andy are incredibly grateful to have each other.
Their life has been an adventure from the moment they met and they have created so many amazing memories together. They look forward to a lifetime of creating many more memories, especially ones as everlasting as their trip to Malaysia.
On their wedding day, we had a very special mass in St Christopher's Cathedral followed by a little stop in Red Hill for some photos before heading over to the Boat House for a lunchtime reception during which we took some shots of the happy couple, finishing with a traditional greek dance. We wish them all the best in their future as a wedded couple!
