You might say that there is a strong bond that holds these two together. You could even go so far as to say that there is an inexplicable force that is keeping them together. And so far as we know, the strength of this love has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they first declared themselves girlfriend and boyfriend on May 4th, 2014. For those of you who are Star Wars fanatics, you'll get the reference...
Nerdy jokes aside, Kandas & Dennis know that their love is special. So much so, that they knew they were ready for a child before they were married, and they now share this world with a beautiful little boy, Luka, born only 3 days shy of their anniversary in 2017.
They first met though work, when they both worked for Calvary Hospital. they were friends for many years before they became an official couple, spending their time together, hanging out and going to movies - mostly Star Wars, no doubt.
As they grew, they grew together so much so that they both knew they were in love at the same moment. So when Dennis proposed on Kandas' 30th birthday during their stay at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, up in the Blue Mountains, there was only one answer. After that, they shared a high tea - a splendid way to celebrate their pending marriage!
They both have moments they will cherish forever. For Dennis, it is when Kandas said yes - it was the look in her eyes, and the way her face beamed up at his. For Kandas, it was the way Dennis' face lit up the moment he met his son for the very first time. Unique moments that only happen in a fleeting moment, but will forever be etched into each of their memories...
On their wedding day, we bounced around between Kandas & Dennis, making sure to capture the different elements of their preparation before they were married by Father Loi at St. Michael's. Then it was off to take amazing photos at Dunrossil Dr and the National Museum, only to finish the day full of happiness at the Wedgetail Pavilion, at Goolabri. we're proud to say this was the very first wedding at this amazing venue, and it was such a specatular evening!
