MARRIED 3 OCTOBER 2015
Jamie & Jarryd met whilst out on the town, enjoying a few drinks with friends at the infamous Mooseheads in Canberra. They have been together for 3 years, but they are so much in love, you would think they only just met.
Jarryd is a true romantic at heart, and his proposal to Jamie really defines that, as he cooked her a 3 course dinner and wrote "Will You Marry Me?" in rose petals, surrounded by candles.
Arriving at the Novotel Canberra, Jamie and the girls were getting ready, and we could tell straight away this had the potential to be the wedding of the year, and we were not disappointed. The girls were chilled out and relaxed, and enjoying plenty of nibblies and champagne.
The boys were also really relaxed, and enjoying a beverage and a game of pool, while Jarryd got ready, and he sure looked handsome in his 3 piece suit.
Jamie and Jarryd were married at The Chapel in Goldcreek, and the ceremony was truly special, as they exchanged their personally written vows, which were just beautiful and heartfelt.
After the ceremony, we headed to the ever popular Governor General's Driveway, for some iconic photos, and we were lucky enough to be the only ones there at that time, which is quite rare due to it's popularity. From there we ventured over to James Turrell's Skyspace at The National Gallery of Australia, also another very popular and photogenic location...Jamie and Jarryd were in awe as they had not seen it before.
The reception was something to behold, as the bride and groom did their first dance as soon as they were announced, and it was a whole lot of fun, as they had taken dancing lessons. They put on a real show for their guests, which was such a great treat!
The guests were also enjoying some crazy photos in the photobooth, including us photographers!
