Felicity & Steve met when they were in Space Cadets and have been together ever since.  They knew they were meant for each other really early on when they shared so many passions for the same things (war history, defence, history in general and of course a great love for family).  It’s now been a total of 6 years of time together, but they feel it’s been a lifetime and half. And they know it’ll be another few lifetimes together, for sure!

One of their most favourite stories is their very first date. It makes them laugh every single time they talk about it, mostly at Steve’s expense - you’ll see: the very romantic Steve organised to hang out with Felicity at the Woden Bus Interchange and he finished the evening with having Felicity join him and his many siblings for a viewing of Monty Python at Steve’s home - they were totally cool kids! But they do honestly look upon that memory with fondness as it speaks to the simple and fun nature of their love and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

True to form, Steve proposed to Felicity in the place they had their first date - home! It was only a week after their year 12 Graduation and of course we all know that Felicity was absolutely stoked! 

On their wedding day, we started the day at the Tuggeranong Homestead as they both got ready there before heading up to the Chapel in Duntroon so that they could tie the knot in style! We then headed back to the homestead for a true family feast and celebration. it was a day full of fun and laughter which is absolutely how Felicity & Steve live their lives together - happy!
