Erin & Nicholas Miller

MARRIED 9 NOVEMBER 2019

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again - fate is a wonderful thing, putting two people together at the right place and time so that they meet. For Erin & Nick, it was a fateful evening under the stars and fireworks of New Years Eve almost 5 years ago now! It was a chance they may never have gotten if they didn’t go out with their friends that night, but they are so glad they did go out, if only so that they could’ve met and formed such a strong and beautiful relationship.

As most new relationships work, you have a couple of months to sort each other out, so Erin & Nick tell everyone they became an official couple since April of 2015. But they kinda knew they were going to be a big thing earlier than that date, because when you just need to spend every waking moment together, and when you can’t, you’re calling each other, whether at footy games or family events, you know it’s real love. The best example was when Nick went overseas to New Zealand and Erin just couldn’t stop thinking about him everyday!

They get on so well together because they share a very uniquely inappropriate sense fo humour, and they just don’t go a day without making each other laugh, especially in the most inappropriate of ways! One of the funniest times they’ve ever had was when Erin bought Nick a gorgeous footy-themed 30th birthday cake. When they brought the cake out later in the evening, what started as an innocent ‘bit of cake on the cheek’ situation ended up in the cake being destroyed in a huge cake fight! Thankfully, it was a delicious cake - it may have tasted even better due to the unconventional eating method they used. It’s certainly way more fun, that’s for sure!! They were cleaning up bits of cake for weeks…

In the near five years they have been together, they have both travelled to so many places together, that it’s hard to pick one absolute favourite! But when you have a travelling buddy and the world is your oyster, whether you’re at home, or walking the canals of Amsterdam, or climbing fortresses in Croatia, or bumping into celebrities in the US, you’re having the best time fo your life because you are with your soulmate each and every time.

Their wedding day was also not without it’s hilarious moments, and we were so very privileged to be there to capture it all. Here is just a taster (see what we did there?) of the images we capture for these guys…
