Eleanor & Michael Igoe-Taylor
MARRIED 28 OCTOBER 2017
As both Elle & Mick have a large number of friends, it was only a matter of time before Elle & Mick met. Funnily enough though, they met at the most unlikely of places - a baby shower for a mutual friend, one of Elle's best friends from school!
They have been together for 3 amazing years now, and have loved every minute of it. Elle just loves spending time with Mick, wherever he is, be it on a beach, watching him surf, or sharing a beautiful meal together. Their favourite destination has been Bali, both for the chillout time, and the surfing!
Both Elle & Mick are two very soft-hearted, kind and sensitive people, which makes them the perfect combination for each other.
Mick, though, is quite the trickster. When he proposed, it was on Elle's birthday. He planned a beautiful romantic dinner for the two of them, but before their dinner, he took Elle for a walk around the arboretum. He gave her what she thought was a birthday present, and only after she opened it and saw the ring, did she realise Mick was down on one knee, proposing to her. To this day, Elle still cannot believe he managed to pull that off!
On their wedding day, we spent the morning at Elle's parents, as she prepared to be married, then went down the road to the Holy Rosary Church. After a beautiful ceremony, we whisked Elle & Mick to Goolabri early so that we could take some awesome photos of them before their reception. It was a beautiful day that everyone will remember.
