Courtney & George Friend
MARRIED 18 NOVEMBER 2017
When you meet the love of your life at McDonalds, chances are it's not because of the Big Mac sauce. For Courtney and George, working together at the Golden Arches is a story they will tell until they are old and grey.
When we asked both of them why they fell in love, their answers were not only some of the most beautiful words we've read, they were also soulful and heartfelt. Courtney recalled she fell in love with George because he's kind hearted, intelligent and he makes her laugh every single day. She also loves that George makes her feel safe and he can always make her feel better after having a bad day. George fell in love with Courtney because he found her to be the greatest girl he'd ever met, and that Courtney was unlike any other girl he'd met. George thinks Courtney is perfect in every way, and he can't imagine his life without her. These seem like pretty good reasons for them to be madly in love with each other.
Courtney and George have been together since July 2009, and even though they can't recall the moment they fell in love, they both agree that their love for each other has blossomed over time.
Courtney and George have together created some truly wonderful memories. Memories they will both cherish as long as they live. One of their favourite memories is when they were in Huskisson on a holiday, where they went whale and dolphin watching. This was their first holiday alone together. It's highly possible that this holiday was also a time they shared one of their funniest moments together They would sing at the top of their lungs to their favourite songs and forget the lyrics, so they'd just make up their own!
Courtney and George were married at the stunning Garroorigang Estate in Goulburn, and even though it was a bit of a rainy day, it certainly didn't dampen the spirit of their special day.
Once their rings and vows were exchanged, and their certificate signed, we took Courtney, George and their incredibly fun bridal party for some photos in and around the grounds of the Estate before heading over to 98 Chairs in Goulburn for their beautiful yet intimate reception.
