Candice & Johnny Tran
MARRIED 19 OCTOBER 2019
Highschool sweethearts takes on a whole new meaning with these two! They have known each other since they first started high school and they were practically inseparable during those 6 years of their life. It was clear from the get-go that there was something special about the connection that Candice & Johnny share. All their friends knew it, their teachers knew it, their parents knew - you could almost say they were fated to be together!
They’ve now been ‘officially’ together for 6 and a half years, and have loved every minute of it! Candice loves how much her life is better for having Johnny in it. He is the life of the party every day, making her smile every minute of every hour of every day that they are together. And everyone who knows Johnny knows that his smile is infectious - it’s one of his best qualities! Candice is the yin to Johnny’s yang, she is definitely her other half. And you can tell just how much love he shares for this beautiful lady by looking at the way he teared up during his vows to her.
Johnny has always been the romantic, taking Candice to beautiful places for dinner, or beautiful scenic locations to spend time together. He pulled out all the stops for Candice when he proposed. It was the 28th of January 2018. And he took Candice into the gorgeous surrounds of the rainforest area of the National Botanic gardens. He dropped to one knee in the middle of the path and declared his love for her. He even had his friends dress in camouflage so that they could hide in the brush unnoticed and take photos of the very special moment for the two of them.
On their wedding day, we were blessed with gorgeous weather, except for the wind. But we used that to our advantage as well. Their ceremony was a later one at the Gold Creek chapel, making for absolutely beautiful light throughout the entire building, before an evening celebration at the National Press Club. Here are just a few of the images from their day…
