In the modern days we live in, it was only a matter of time before we met a couple of beautiful people who were both so in love with each other, but also happy to tell everyone that they met on Tinder. The best part is, it shows the strength of the bond.
Caitlin & Brody literally swiped right and fell in love. Ok, so it wasn’t that quick - they spent a little time chatting with each other online before they finally met in person, and they were both SO happy that they both didn’t turn out to be “psycho’s” (their words, not ours). In fact, it was the exact opposite in that their mutual love for the inappropriate yet infectious humour they both share formed an almost inseparable bond immediately and they knew they had to spend more and more time with each other.
They’ve now been with each other for 1.5 years now and it's so clear that they were meant to be together, it’s almost unfair. Their infectious and giddy personalities just makes everyone around them love life. You might even say that they end up creating so many fun times such a frequent basis, that that is entirely why they don’t have a singular favourite moment in their lives as there are FAR too many to pick one!
It wasn’t until Caitlin went overseas for a short period of time that Brody worked out how he truly felt for Caitlin. He was literally heart-broken not being with her, even though it was only a week that she was to spend overseas. When she came back, he professed his love for her, and that was it for them both - they had to spend the rest of their lives together.
The proposal was super cute: Brody went down on one knee right by the massive cruise liner they were about to get on and asked the question in front of hundreds of onlookers. Of course Caitlin said yes, and they went on their first overseas trip together - they even made far too many jokes about getting married in international waters and coming home to freak out their parents!
But of course, they didn’t. They waited until they could have all their family and friends together at the beautiful Lanyon Homestead so that they could share their love and marriage with them all. It was a beautiful day all round, and here are just a few of the shots we got from their day…
